Press Announcements
How do I submit a press release?
Visit the Submit Press page, choose your category, upload a featured image, and fill out the form. You can pay per announcement or subscribe monthly.
What are the image requirements?
We recommend a 1200x630 pixel image for best display across Google News and social feeds.
Will my contact info be public?
Yes. Name, business name, and email/contact info may be displayed on the announcement for media or customer outreach.
For Pet Businesses
How do I create or claim a business listing?
Go to the Join page and follow the steps to register. If your business already exists, you'll be able to claim it after verifying your email.
What do I get with a paid subscription?
Paid subscribers can customize their business profile, upload photos and branding, receive direct contact leads, submit press releases, and access testimonial tools and referral links.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
General Users
Do I need an account to view listings?
No, browsing is free. You only need an account if you're claiming a listing or submitting a press release.
Testimonials & Reviews
How can I leave a testimonial?
Visit a business's profile and click "Leave a Testimonial." You can also upload your review from Google or Yelp.
Can businesses remove testimonials?
Flagged testimonials are reviewed by our moderators. Businesses cannot remove them directly unless proven false or abusive.
Search & Discovery
How does the location search work?
Petzuva auto-detects your city when you visit the site. You can also filter by state, city, or ZIP code.
What if I don't see my area?
We're always expanding. Let us know, and we'll prioritize your region.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Clerk, Supabase, and Stripe — trusted providers that follow modern security standards. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Will my email be shared?
No. Only emails included in press releases or business listings are public. Platform emails remain private.
